The low cost of the RAGE IIC AGP, which incorporates all the features of the 3D RAGE II accelerator chip and includes optimizations which result in improved 2D and 3D performance, essentially provides AGP and 3D for free. It will enable OEMs a rapid transition route to 3D- and AGP-enabled business PCs and is ideal for new business applications and investment protection for coming 3D business applications. RAGE IIC AGP is fully compliant with Microsoftís PC 98 specification.
